CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to me, and I reserve that time just for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and I ask for your kindness and understanding in return. 🪩Cancellations/Reschedules: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 🪩Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Appointments canceled within 24 hours, or missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee (20% of the service cost). 🪩Grace & Understanding: Life happens! If an emergency comes up, please reach out — I’ll always do my best to be understanding while also honoring the time I’ve set aside for you.
